I had bought my 2nd pair of Thierry Rabotin shoes. My 1st pair was from Tip Top Shoes . I still have my 1st pair after a whole year and love them dearly. Anyway, I always past this store and the location is good. After I purchased the 2nd pr, I stood on the carpeted floor at my place of work, the heel didn't have that stable feel. Only if I walked around in them did they feel better. I misjudged these pair since they are alot more dresser then my first pair and the heel part isn't as wide as my 1st pair. I decided to try to exchange them and get a pair just like my 1st pair but in a different color. The manager Sammy took a careful look at the Claires (2nd pr) and said to me that he couldn't do anything because the inside of the shoe showed signs of it being worn and the edge of the front had a scruff mark. I said why don't you sell them in clearance? He said he can't. This tells me how inflexible this business is and how a customer can't ever make a misjudgement on how a shoe really feels after a actual day of it in action. How can ANYONE know for sure if the shoe is absoluately comfortable if they hadn't worn them?!!! They don't have any common sense and all they are after are PROFITS!! No concern whatsoever about the CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT STORE EVER!!!!!
